These terms apply to your use of VayloPost, which is operated by Vaylo Labs LLC (Wyoming). By signing in you agree to them.

Subscription and trial

VayloPost is sold as a subscription at £9 per month. New subscriptions start with a trial of 7 days. Payments are processed by Stripe, and the subscription renews each billing period until it is cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal reached through your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. There are no partial-period or pro-rata refunds for unused time. While your subscription is not active, queued posts pause and are not deleted.

Acceptable use

Upload only videos you own or have a license to post. Every post must follow TikTok's terms of service and community guidelines, which also apply. Do not use VayloPost to post content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights or breaks those rules.

Posting to TikTok

VayloPost sends your posts to TikTok. TikTok decides whether to accept, process and publish each post, and it may limit how many posts you can make. We do not guarantee that TikTok will accept or publish any post.

Limitation of liability

Except where prohibited by law, Vaylo Labs LLC (Wyoming) is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss caused by TikTok's decisions about your posts. Its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We will give at least 30 days' email notice of changes to these terms.
