This policy explains what VayloPost, operated by Vaylo Labs LLC (Wyoming), collects, why, how long it is kept and how to delete it. Contact: support@vaylopost.com.
Data we collect
- From TikTok when you sign in: your TikTok open ID, display name and avatar URL.
- TikTok access and refresh tokens. They are stored encrypted and are never shown or logged.
- Videos you upload, and the details of each post: title, privacy and interaction settings, disclosure choices, your consent and when you gave it, scheduled time, status and any error.
- Billing: your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We do not store card details; Stripe handles payment.
- A log of account and posting events. It never contains tokens.
Why we use it
To sign you in, post your scheduled videos to your TikTok account, show you their status, bill your subscription and keep the service secure.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded videos are deleted automatically, normally within 24 hours after the post finishes, is cancelled or the upload is abandoned. If TikTok has not confirmed a post's outcome, its video is kept for up to 7 days while the outcome is reconciled.
- TikTok tokens are kept until you disconnect TikTok or delete your account.
- When you delete your account, one anonymised account-deleted record with no identity is kept; your other account data and events are deleted.
How to delete your data
Sign in, open your account page at /app/account and choose Delete account. This cancels your subscription, deletes your videos and deletes your account data. We request revocation of VayloPost's access to your TikTok account on deletion; revocation is best-effort and not guaranteed. To disconnect without deleting your account, choose Disconnect TikTok on the same page; we also request revocation on a best-effort basis.

- Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
- TikTok: sign-in and publishing your videos.
