What to include

• The display name or username of the TikTok account you use with VayloPost.
• For a post: its title, its scheduled time and your time zone.
• The status and any error shown on your posts page.
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead.

Do not send your TikTok password or any access token.

Delete your account

Sign in, open /app/account and choose Delete account. This cancels your subscription and deletes your videos and account data. We request revocation of TikTok access on a best-effort basis; it is not guaranteed.

Disconnect TikTok

Open /app/account and choose Disconnect TikTok. We request revocation of TikTok access on a best-effort basis; it is not guaranteed.

Billing

Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal, which you open from your Account page.
